Way to Read Operator Code from a 3650

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if there is a data cable available for the Nokia 3650 and if so can anyone recommend where to get one and the software to use with it to read the Operator code from it?

Reason I'm asking is I'm on Tmobile and from what I've read and managed to understand, Tmobile has been locking their phones to various operator codes that are under their realm.

Any idea's?
