this beta version is full bugs.. that could be a bug..

but, maybe it does work and you just don't see it... i don't think that every single click adds a green box.. maybe more than one user has to vote for someone in order to increase the green boxes number.

when I click on it, it pops up a new window, that leads to a 404 error.

So, I assuem it's not working. ^_^

i've never tried it..

but like i said before - this beta version is full of bugs. there is the problem with the smiley, the problem with the email (if it has something to do with the forum system)..and now the problem with the reputation system...

i guess there is nothing to do but upgrade this forum to a newer version...but, there is only one who can do that, it is up to him..
