ok, i got fbus serial cable and used bwinlock software; the software reads correct imei number, but when i click to unlock, i get an answer after few seconds, saying, "unable to calculate". i do not understand why it wants to calculate. i think it should unlock it straight. anyone has any bright idea?

i've not used the software myself but does it show you the network (MCC-MNC code) anywhere when you read the phone ??

if not download the Myke DCT4 unlocker (on this forum somewhere) which has this ability and see if it gives you the code...

reply with that network code when you get it

hi browntoa, the software does read the (MCC-MNC code) corrctly. however it starts calculating the code and gives an answer after few seconds, "unable to calculate". i believe just the cable and bwinlock will not do the job. anyway thanks for your help.
and i cant locate the myke dct4 unlocker?
