umm.... yea ok. some information on the ACTUAL fault may be usefull in this situation, as "it dont work" can cover a wide range of faults. mine "dont work" when i got "no signal" comprendez?

i guess this is what u mean , right charge the phone up with charger if the indicator shows battery level going up and down turn phone on, if the phone doesnt turn on take cover off and try to push the swicth on without cover on, if it stilll doesnt work it is truelly naffed ..so take it back or get insurance first then report it broke or whatever , make sure you have insurance first , dont phone up until u know, if you havent orange or whatever network u with will tell you to take it to the nearest nokia repair centre , for 5/6/7 pounds it's worth getting insurance as the phone will be delivered next day fully working one and old one tacken back...
