Need unlocking code for 6800

Hey guys,

I am new at this and just got a 6800 off ebay. I was wondering if someone could give me the unlocking code for it and some basic instructions on how to unlock it. It has an ATT sim in it now but I want to switch to T mobile. When entering the code, which sim do I put in? And how do I get to the screen where I can unlock the phone. Thanks heres the info:
