No Letters on 7650????

I went to send a text this morning and discovered that I can no longer input any letters into any application on my 7650. It was working fine a few hours ago and I hadn't installed any software in-between it working and not working????????

I've tried everything I can think of, even the "ABC" button has no function anymore!!

Can anyone offer some help on this, I would be eternally grateful.

hold the * key a few seconds to sitch between numbers and letters

den do it the numerical way: press *#7370# and format ur fone. rem to back ur fone up 1st.

Install wildskinz, disable it, uninstall wildskinz.
