C45_MT50 gives "The data is invalid"

Hi, I've been trying to unlock my C45 with the C45_MT50 tool that everyone recommends but when I click Unlock, all I get is " The data is invalid" - mobile on/ mobile off/ cable attached/ detached! I know the cable works because all my software works & I've up-dated the firmware, and I've used the same cable to unlock a c35i. I've also tried downloading from a couple of different sources, but it's all the same. Not sure if it matters, but I'm running Win 2000 & all the other text in the C45_MT50 tool reads as random weird characters... PLEASE HELP!!!

i'm used win 98 se, No Problemo. Try use win 98 se man.

Thanks, dude. Had tried using the Win 95, Win 98 & NT 4 compatability modes before, but tried it on a proper Win 98 computer & it did the business. Cool.
