dead one touch alcatel series

whats the common reason for the "DEATH" of one touch alcatel series.how can we repair them?

it happens when u **** the flash or the eeprom zone.
on bf series if u have done this (the eeprom zone) u are the owner of a dead Alcatel - no one can help u by now.

on be series u still have a chance: flash phone with a new flash, change imei.....
