I have a software called reader5v0, can you change the IMEI number through that program?? it's say you can, but i dont' think it unblocks the phone from all networks...

I read that some people are having trouble after changing the IMEI number on their phone, their phone is still blocked!!

and what is the definition of EEPROM??

could some please mail bak if they are having similiar problems.
