    Help with Phoenix!!!

    I need your help at Phoenix/Smartmouse!!
    Here are pictures in the attachment,i dont understand something:where to connect the marked parts/holes?? Must connect together?It seems like that is a swich,but which kind of switch?It isnt in the component list.
