any1 have the same problem with´the phone not sounding when ringing

i have a problem with not being able to hear the phone ring and not even hearing the sms messages and when it calls i get no missed phone calls. and if i have the number in the phone it dont say so it just show the number not the name. it happened when i was fixing a start up logo and ring tones to my nokia 8310 with the progz celluar essential and logomanager i cant even see the recieved numbers anymore

hehe ok thanks buddy i have tried everything so i send it to repair shop but it will cost nothing got garantie but if it dont work then i will try this prog
