Please post the correct IMEI (Should be 15 digits) and don't try codes more than once!!! A fourteen digit IMEI will not generate the correct code.

Also, the correct provider code is the standard AT&T 310380 for this phone, as it is a newer model 3650.

The IMEI should have been:

351102 50 2056665

I missed a "6".
