i have a 2100 contact service.
when i test it with eeprom tools
the result was "warranty state test failed"
plsssssss. help.. thanks..........

Your PPM and/or MCU has been damaged and/or EEprom has been damaged, too. You'd better flash your phone with a clean MCU and PPM first (don't touch eeprom), if the problem is still exist, then try to kill CRC checks of flash file and flash it to the phone. If the problem still exist, try full reset or try to flash a virgin eeprom.
