copy java application without Nokia PC suites

Hi,

I am trying to build an application that send java application to nokia's phone using VC/VB. I have tried to send the jar file using IrDA connection, it can copy to phone successfully but the phone doesn't recognize it as a java application and run it.

It seems that the Nokia installer and Oxygen phone manager does some special thing which install the jar application. Do anyone here has some information about that ? or is there any third party components (e.g. ActiveX component ) that can do this.
