How to backup flash files of DCT-4 CDMA phones?

I am looking for an answer to the following question:

How to take a backup of a DCT-4 CDMA phone such as the Nokia 2280 or the (serie-40) 3105????

What kind of flasher can be used (DCT-4 China flasher? Griffin? Dongle?) and which software?

Can it eventually be done via a data cable alone? Both phones have the Pop-Port connector. I don't want to flash it, just save te flash file to the computer.

Reason: In Thailand now available the 2280 and 3105, both WITH ACTIVATED R-UIM SLOT!!! Since Hutch Thailand and it's CDMA 2000-1x network uses R-UIM's (SIM cards).

I am thankfull for any advise. I put a word-by-word copy of this thread in the DCT-4 Flashing section as well to reach the experts in both fields.

for upgred 2280 from non UIM to UIM is easy ihave flash for it,you phoenix mus be crack later,
for bkp is risk,you must use ALL-07/ALL-11/LABTOOL,WITH ADP28F-BGT

Thank you for the tips I am sure the hardware/phoenix configuration could be arranged, but what i do not have is the flash file! Could you eventually post it here, or, if not, send to my e-mail adress? it is in the profile. How big is that file? I can not receive attachments larger than 1 MB!

Please let me know of the possibility...... Uploading the file here is better to make it available to others as well

What is "hardware/phoenix " ? it would be use with 3360 phone? I need the specification of tools, software or anything that I need to flasher a 3360 or 5160.

I meant that i could eventually get the flasher and the "Phoenix" software, and that i only need the flash file for that particular phone model.......

I have no idea how to flash a TDMA/CDMA phone whatsoever, sorry... but i am always willing to learn
