3650 Lock code

I have entered a DCT4 unlock code into my 3650 which worked fine, it now reads my sim but after that it asks for a "Lock Code" which looks like it should be 5 digit code - I think when I got the phone I opted to lock something but can't remember what it was.

Can anyone help?

you are asking for securaty code that usualy is 12345 or 00000
that is if you did not change it
