Okay, I'm a total newb and decided to plug my phone (w/ flat battery) into computer with data cable so it would charge. Then I get restrict code, didn't even know I had a restrict code so tried a few numbers and didn't work. Turn phone off and on again and I have CONTACT SERVICE.. can I unlock my phone? One more thing - I used GPRS etc. with an old provider then swapped to another and can't use GPRS even though I try their auto settings send thing through the internet.. heres my info if you can help

My OLD provider was Vodafone - Australia
My CURRENT provider is Optus - Australia

they are both prepaid if that matters

contact service is something you would need to contact your service provider for but there are other ways.....post this same question on this part of the forum for answers
