N6600 with sound in games?

is it just me or have all the games on N6600 got no sound! esp java ones, i cant seem to find any that have working sound on them shame as the GSM ones are especially good! btw 1st post hi everybody

Most of the games i've tried have worked fine, mind you they have almost all been sis games not java. The 6600 has a new sound chip and runs on java 2.0 instead of 1.1 so it's really not surprising that there is problems with sound on java titles.

hmm can never get doom to work, always tries to load and says files r missing and yes i installed all the files in the right order :/

I'm quite sure that no one has got the sound working in doom when using 6600? Also, does Metal Bluster work on 6600? Mine always jams when i try to start it.

Indeed the 6600's new soundchip has a different codeing wich some game dun support, like DOOM.
So unless Wildpalm makes a patch for it whe will never hear ourself slaughtering.

i think the sounds on doom are more to do with mmc/phone memory, it designed for 7650 thats why the mmc patch was required, i think this is the problem as ive never got the sound to work on either n-gage or 3650

Well the 7650 had an old sound chip, the 3650's soundchip was an upgrade of the 7650's. Newayz the sound doesn't work on doom, delete it and w8 for ASHEN or that other non N-Gage Game.

My problem that i did installed few games and applications in to my 6600 but it doesnt work even i cant delet or remove them cause i cant find them in the appload mangers ? those are-soccer-Airgildr-contact manger, also i did installed the DOOM but it never works in my mobile?? can any one tell me what to do
