7650 problem...

hey guys... wondering if anyone can help?

i sent some programs (IRRemote, ET Camcorder) to my friends phone... problem is, with my 6600 you cant send .sis files via bluetooth... so i renamed them to .wav .... and the file transfer was fine.

he installed the programs with no problem, the problem occurs when he wants to uninstal the programs.... they do not appear in the app manager, so cannot delete them... is this something to do with the install file being .wav? because he did not rename the file before installing?

is there a way i can uninstall these off his phone? maybe deleting the folders using FExplorer? or is it possible to restore the phone to how it was when it was bought?

i have tried 7650 pc suite... but it has no options to restore the phone to its default settings and files etc...

i have tried putting the fone back to factory sttings, but it only changes the settings... the programs are still installed

i wud appreciate any help here

press *#7370# to format c:, format mmc in memory to clear the mem card.

u can send .sis files via bt. use fexplorer, send the uninstalled .sis file to the fone, NOT THE INSTALLED one, the installed sis is not complete.
