Maybe you can use this soft to upload map file, it was the only i could open the map file with, but i didn't test it on S40!

but are you sure that this is a correct map file , because
PhoneId is 8 simbols long in your map file ?
Phone ID in my phone is 16 simbols long

I have not dongle emulator for it and can't start it (

Tried the translator program and that was of no use.. Still was jibberish to us..
