3200 unlock help

I tried to use dct4calculator2.7 by cyberdog but not work (2x only), cannot undo the restriction codes. Any best way to unlock my 3200??? by the way this phone is from usa (AT+T usa network) and i want to use in the philippines

Sorry to Say but normal calc do not have V3 codes
so you will not be able to unlock your fone you will have to use cable now
if you need codes for 3200 or 1100 you will need V3 codes
