Can anyone help me with these basic 6600 questions

1. If someone in my Contacts rings me, their number shows up but not a name to go with it. How do you get it on?

2. Also on the number front, if I don't put +44 in front of a mobile number then it doesn't show the name if I recieve a text message, is this right or do I have to go through all my contacts and put +44 in front of every single one?

3. The default ringtone? I've used the profile 'General' and changed the ringtone through there but it doesn't want to know and just uses 'default tone' What am I missing there then?

I have tried a few obvious things (to me anyway) but none of them work.

Ok, sussed out the default ringtone thing. They have to be in the 'Digital' folder. Need help with 1 & 2 now please.

Also thought that I'd add that I put the contacts on with the Oxygen software.

Ok, overwrote my contacts again with the oxygen and everything is ok now.

Very odd problem but I guess that's what we'll have to put up with now we have operating systems on our phones!
