"PayT Lock" Error??

Hi can ne one help??
I have got this phone and when i turn it on it has an error message that says "payT lock"........ the phone is on the Vodafone network and its a Sagem Mc920, has ne one ne idea ov what this means and if i can get it working again???

hi..
first make a log file with sagem logger then load that log file in
unpro22 ..calculate log file ..you will get unlock code. .
enter that code in your phone ..
