    No way to unlock


    i have a nokia 3650 mobile device and everytime i tried to use the unlock codes it says 'not allowed'
    what else i must do to unlock it??
    please help this guy with your unlocking knowledge

    i have this same exact problem and i'm convinced that it means you are locked out and the code has been tried to many times.
