8210 when enter inbox menu disp.goes away..

hi friends

ı have a 8210....there was a short circiut in vbatt line of the phone.after ı solve this problem..the phone powered up..but now there is an interesting problem with it..the display is working good.but when ı enter the inbox message from the menu the display goes away..ı flashed new software,virgin eprom(3D0000),faid calculate,repair imei...but no luck...maybe you have got any idea...thnks you all

Your screen is going you need a new one. Had a number of 8210 do this to me.

just change your lcd...that's it. good luck.

I had a mate with the same problem on an 8210 and all that was needed was a replacement elastomer on the back of the screen..
