Ok ... i have finally found out how to use mIrc but still a problem when i download a load of clips to my fone it still says unknown format do i need something on my fone to read these files .
I download them as real one and my 6600 has real one so i dont see the problem

Use Helix Producer 9.0 to convert the media to *.rm with video codec is Real SVT then you can play on 6600.

Just make sure you get Helix Produce Plus instead of Helix Produce Basic. HPP is on #mediaplace as well, somewhere.

strange, i get movies from irc too, and i can view them all.
wat are the file extensions of the files? .rm or sth else?

Yep, the *.rm files with video codec higher than SVT, could not play in phone, ex: Real 8,and Real 9 format
