Smartmovie - earphones wont play sound

how come on my ngage when i play a smartmovie file it bypasses the headphones and just plays through the loudspeaker? if there a way to fix this?

any help would be appreciated

wat fone u using, the 3650?

try putting it in the white connector (that plays the loudest)
and if you have a normal headphone with a converter to a small plug first plug in the small plug then the big on in the back (not at the same time)

ops, sorry, miss out the fact u using a ngage.

u mean u cant hear sounds wif the earpiece plugged in?

juz plug in the black one to try, white one is for talking on the fone thru earpiece.
