hlp plz nokia 6610 screen light is always on !!

hi i have a nokia 6610 which fall in water i dry it as mentioned in the thread above using methanol and water and hair dryer and it backs to life except that when i put the battery on the phone the screen is always shows a blue light and its always on also the phone doesnt ring if some one call me knowing that the screen display the caller number and phone vibrate normally

have your phone check by phonetechnician the ics must be waarmup by hotaair blower to function naturally sometime,it must be desmantle and clean thoroughly.if am the technician i'll check the continuity of the earphone of your phone.
