Ebay is my beloved online buying store because

    1. Its usually cheaper
    2. I can buy things without my parents knowing
    3. They post to me, so I can be lazy and reply to posts on Nokia FREE

It all works out good ...

NB: Im not that lazy, i still do stuff at school and Duke of Edinburgh ...

As much as I like ebay for buying stuff, i wouldn't get an MMC card off there. They look like the crapper cards, so although they will cost less, they probably wont work as well as a card manufactured by a larger company. I'd stick to ebuyer.co.uk or 7dayshop.com. Ebuyer want about £48 for 256mb MMC i think, which seems pretty cheap to me.

Sometimes the 'No Name' brands work better than the big brands, like Kingmax for example.

I'm talking on behalf of my myself, who have experienced some experiences ( ) in Australia. On Ebay AU, it is much cheaper than it is in retail shops due to the GST they charge (Goods and Services Tax ... ends up in the Government's hands)

So I buy MMC Cards, listed on Ebay AU that will be shipped from Singapore. I bought one from Sydney instead for AUD$50 cheaper. The brand is unknown to me, but is working fine ... better than the Kingmax i bought from Singapore!

Which just goes to show that, just because it is a well known brand, doesn't mean that it works better.

Although, the good brand names usually have better warranty.
