flash ID 00898896

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I flash my 3330 with some mdified fls.But after few flashes it becomes dead.
Some advice me to change the flash ic. But a technician I knew ask me if the flash id was 00898896, (which is its flash ID) and tell me that it can be fix just don't repair the hardware.

So anyone can tell me the mystery of that flash id? And how can I fix my phone.

Simple precheck: with a stabilised DC power supply apply 3.8 voltage to + and - of the phone...power on..If consumption is 30mA and over U just need to flash it ..if its less U have hardware problems..
