Ifrared Problem PLEASE if anyone knows..

Hi to all of you.. i have a nokia 3650 and about one week ago i bought an ifrared cable ...i dont know the company who made that thing..anyway...on the cd was logo manager + crack... what about the drivers? i cannot find any drivers because i dont know what company made that thing.. is something that i should do with logo manager??? in the end of the installiaton it says something about iRDa and when i press test..cannot find my phone..oh.. i install the ifrared device..when the computer is trying to open i pressed DEL i get into the settings and i switched IrDa ... now when i try to connect to my phone it says: OTHER IFRARED DEVICES ARE OPERATING NEARBY... and i cant do anything... no tv remotes no nothing here... what should i do? PLEASE GUYS...!
is there something i should do with logo manager?
or with the pc settings (there where i press DEL to get)?
i downloaded oxygen manager ...i tried everything...
i send before with infrared with a portable of a friend of mine..it was ok..
guys help me...

have you tried just disconnecting and re-connecting the infrared from you PC?

if this does not work, leave it connected:
1) right click on My computer and click properties
2) goto the device manager tab
3) there should be something which is opened (no + symbol next to it)
4) if this item say's something like infra red then double click it
5) goto the DRIVER tab and click UPDATE DRIVER
6) then just keep pressing next, hopefully windows finds a compatible driver on the system! it may ask you to enter the windows 98 installation CD!
7) try it agian in oxygen or logomanager...hopefully it works!

also look under contol panel under network for the irda , it should be listed there if installed properly , highlight it and click on properties, then click on advanced. On the right of the screen is a box called Value which is the driver for the irda.....I had to change mine from the default one to get my PC to see the phone....you might also need the modem driver from the Nokia site installed to make it work, look for the model of phone then look under downloads or software...it's there somewhere !! and also try downloading nokia pc suite if you can
