sendo s200 unlocking

i wanted to unlock my sendo s200 to use it with another
sim-card
so i designed a datacable from my com1 port to a 2,5mm chinch (dont know how it is written)
i have the rx, the tx and the ground connected like i found ist on
another side
also i got anjels unlocking software
but if i connect the cable to the pc and to the mobile without a sim-card insered the display will show a figure changing form "normal" to a skeleton.

when i start it in the upper left corner there is a connection sign shown
but when i start anjels software and pres the unlock button and then igniting the mobile like it was said in the software
it will only message "error"

so now i wanted to know what am i doing wrong?
