3310 Phone Lock code - not PUK

I Recently did a factory reset on my 3310, but now the phone is asking for a Phone Lock code after the sim code.

Does anybody know if there is a generic phone lock code that will work, as I have lost the 3310 handbook?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it is just to confirm that the phone will for ever more be useless.
