Replacing Antenna Switch Problem

Almost everytime i replace an antenna switch in a 3310/3330 etc i burn the plastic power switch because its so close to it. Am i setting my reflow gun too high or is this a common problem?

whats the size or diameter of ur hot air ....change it to smaller on...this on it will not affected the power sw...

20mm from edge to edge.

I do have smaller adapters.
