    3300 says "remove cable first"

Hi! A couple of days ago a friend of mine accidentally plugged the stereo headset of his nokia 5510 to the line in of my 3300. It shouldn't be a problem because it was a 2.5 jack plug. The phone even detected that audio in is active. But even though he removed the plug, the phone keeps detecting the line in so everytime I turn on my phone it says something like, "line in active start recording?". But my problem is that the phone is not willing to play any mp3 music saying "remove cable first". So I think somehow the software of the phone froze up and keeps thinking that there's something connected to the line in. Now it doesn't really matter if I plug a cable in or take out, nothing happens. The phone doesn't detect anything. So what can I do? Is there any way to reboot entirely the software? Or do I have to update the whole software on the phone to get it working again? What do you guys think? Thanks a lot for your help in advance! Attila
