plz help me with Toshiba Ts2li and sms symbol

Hi,

I have this Toshiba Ts2li for about 1/2 a year now, and it s*cks!
1st of all there is this simlock. (somebody know how to remove this?)

2nd, and that is what this is all about:

Since yesterday I have this sms symbol on my screen. (like when you recieve a sms). But I haven't got any sms messages, I even deleted all the old ones I had...
The symbol is still there...
How to remove this symbol???

Can you tell me??

For unlocking.. well it can be done but not easy.. it works with testpoints.. you need to make some holders (not quite the word I was looking for.. but anyway)

and own made cable a like..

as for the other problem..
go to the highest building near you to to the very top and accedently drop your phone.. go down again..
and step on once or twice.. or 1xxx times. and jump on it.. say a car ran over it.. bring it back to shop you bought it (here I hope you have insurance ) and tell them you need new phone and prefer an other this time decent phone.. and don't mind paying some extra..
