Nokia 3650 pc suite video converter issue

When sending mpeg files to the phone and using the pc suite with automatic conversion to 3gp, the movies get really small when watched in Real Player on the phone. They are about half of the viewing area with a black border around them. Is there anything you can change in the Pc suite settings or should I be using a different program to convert files? I've heard of Helix Producer but can't find it anywhere. Any help appreciated.

Got myself Helix Producer and it works like a charm. My original question remains though, why is PC Suite doing such a poor job converting videos?
