Unlocking nokia 3595

Hi everyone. I have the unlock codes for my phone but I have no idea what to do with them. I know to take out the sim then enter the code, but which one? Do I do all of them in order? Why are the first and last yellow/highlighted?

Answering my own question...

Lock 1 - MCC+MNC (Network/Country Specific)
Lock 2 - GID1 Lock (Type of SIM card)
Lock 3 - GID2 Lock (Type of SIM card)
Lock 4 - MSIN Lock (Sim Specific)

There are only four locks, however codes 5-7 do the following:

Code 5 - Unlock 1 and 2
Code 6 - Unlock 1, 2 and 3
Code 7 - Unlock 1, 2, 3 and 4 (I.E. Master Unlock)

You don't need to worry about this though, just type in Code 7 and all should be well
