uhh yeah i just got a phone off my neighbor, but there is a major problem

1.it keeps asking for a PUK
2.I tried to unlock it but the guy said i was doing it wrong
3.my imei is 010158-88-165358-2 from ATT in Cali.

uhh if you could help that would be cool
