E700 Unlock/Blacklist???

can a service provider blacklist a fone that has been unlocked.. if so is changing the imei the only solution..

a service provider can bar any phone they need to.
doesn't matter if the phone is unlocked or not. it is not the phone that gets barred, its the phones imei number thats blacklisted.
so basically the phones still good but the imei is not.
to change the imei would make the phone usable again but to do so is illegal.

can you use a A300 cable instead of a s500 data cable, and what software do you need? oh and if possible cud anyone tell me where to get it thanks in advance.
