Problems with 8250 no power.

Hello,

I got a 8250 with no power.When I used it to read with Rolis 4.78,I got a message


Preloader init error:
- phone RAM is bad
- you selected wrong phone type

What actually the problems,Hardware or Software?

This is wierd but we had the same problem with 8210. We were using ROLIS (win98 operating system) and that same error message kept popping up. Almost gave up and tried all day. Finally I tried flashing in another PC under winXP environment and it just worked, i'm not sure y but it's worth a try you've got nothin' to lose. Good luck!

What flashing software you use under WinXP ?? As I know Rolis cannot run in WinXP

Rolis can work on XP just use userport everything will work well as if like your using a Win98SE Operating System.
