cant exit menu after trying to unlock gx20

can somone please help i tried to unlock gx20 using villani software all went ok i got xxxx after that i pressed unlocked then i got this message on fone.

R.F callibration *GX20*
open error
plese press any key exit

i have tried to press any key but will not exit from there and im afraid to take batt off.

please can someone help urgent

on the software it says framing error

thanks for trying to help but i have solved the problem i took the bat off, quickly put it back on then it showed xxxx on phone. then i unlocked the phone.
