I have some difficulty downloading or uploading from mine Nokia 6610I. Currently I am using mobile media browser 2.2 which is the lastest in the market and it is said to be compatible with nokia 6610I but the program doesn't seem to work. The mobile media browser diaplay the active phone detected is RM-37. iwas unable to upload or download. I am able to perform sending of business card thru infrar red. So I assume that my infrared is working.So what went wrong anyone to enlighten me and share their views how to enable my phone to upload and download.Is the problem due configuration or what?

i use a data cable for this program, not infrared, but i assume it works the same way.

if you configured the software well to work with your IR connection, then i guess it would be a driver problem. with my data cable, i had a lot of problems at the beginning. i was doing everything right, until one day it started working, and since then i have no complains. it is as though i forced the computer to get used to the idea that i was going to plug my cable no matter what!!

so look at your configurations first, maybe the problem is there. if they are alright, then try downloading the drives again, and configure it again. just keep trying until you get it. if not, then something must be wrong woth your software.
