Help! infrared not working after sw upgrade

Hi, i have this problem regarding 6150 with sw v4.xx when upgraded to v5.23 the infrared is not working although you can see in the screen that it is initializing, I have tested it with other non upgraded 6150 and they cannot communicate.

Is it due to the data transfer speed or something is F**ked up in the upgrade software I used?

Oh, my ever dependable Gurus here please shed light on this

Not heard of any problems like this before - the upgrades obviously support their functions - ie: Upgrading supports IR

So sounds to me like a glitch in the flash somewhere - have you tried using a diferent MCU+PPM from different location on the net?

Or...
? Try flashing new EEPROM
? Full factory Reset
? If you roll back and put old software it works ok?
