3210 Charging Problem

I have a 3210 which suddenly won't charge. Get error message 'Not Charging' on screen accompanied by a Stop sign. I have tried swapping chargers and batteries form another working 3210 but makes no difference.

Any suggestions most welcome.

Hello,

Pls do the following:

1. Disassemble the phone.
2. Remove the Black Battery Terminal Plastic Cover for both the Positive n Negative.
3. Push the each of the batery term downward and look whether a broken solder appears meaning a solder connection no longer exist.
4. If yes, resolder each bat term to get good solder connection.
5. Return the Black Plastic Cover of the Bat Term.
