Need help unlocking my nokia 6620

It's locked to AT&T in USA and I tried the free calculator but the codes aren't working, it says code error, am I doing something wrong...not sure if I wanna try numbers again because the phone might die. I have also just tried crux calc wiht gsmcommunities suggested settings and phone has failed to unlocked also tried it with asic 2 and asic 6 and prodigy but have tried only 1 and 7 has anybody else had the same problems??
