2100 RAM bad

2100 dead set.
while reading phone info it displays " Phone ram might be bad".
pls help me to solve this problem.

Use wintesla or any other program that can test phones (neb's DCT3 repair partner) and see if you can read the causes

If phone is completely dead then better post same question in repair section cause you'll get more thechnical answers

hi,
2100 dead set,when i try to read or write the handset.ram might be bad error showing the software (geo flasher).
reflowed the combo memory. same problem exists.
pls help..........???????????????????

must be your flash ic faulty
you can use your nk 8250 write 2100 software and then trasfer it to your nk2100
