Soundless calls

Recently upgraded my phone from a 3310 to a 3315 v5.57, no problems, used my orignal Imei and updated the Faid.

I can get a signal, send and recieve txt but when i call someone or someone calls me i can't hear anything. The people on the other side say that they can hear me but all i get is the normal interference that cell phone cause in speakers.

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they could shed some light on how to fix it.

use nokia tool and reset factory settings -works 100%
