Unlocking using the master code

Hi everyone! i know how to unlock a 3310 using knok22 and a data cable but because im so clumsy i have some how managed to break the bloody thing (data cable).

Since then i have come across some info were you enter the master code e.g #pw+12345678790+y# or something like that, were 1234567890 is your master code and y is the type of lock. the master code is based on part of your imei so does ne one know how to figure out the 10 digit master through the imei???

please help because this is really buggin not knowing!!!!!

Right the master code

The short answer is NO

the long answer is NO there is no software on the net for the master code for the new nokia phone (DCT-3 and above) the software will only do DCT-2 phone (3110, 8110, ETC)

Ok cheers, but i got told buy a freind that you take the last ten digits or somthing like that is this true?

Nope its not the last 10 IMEI numbers I don't know what algo it uses
