freezing on S700i (voda UK)

Today i changed the sim on the above phone and going through the set up it just froze pulled the battery couple of times still same problem. its a upgrade from voda


My wifes voda sim works ok in the phone no freezing. but as soon as i put my voda sim it freezes we are both with same billing company

Is your sim card a few years old and is your wifes newer. A lot of older sim cards dont work in new phones this will cause them to freeze.

I dont know what billing side of Voda you are with but some places offer sim swaps same day in store.
